Don't know the name, but go to B&Q and get a spray can of contact glue. Easy to apply and sets quickly. There are various types for different materials. If in doubt test a bit before you start.
Incidentally, why not put thin carpet on the fibreglass like Devon did later and manufacturers do in yachts to act as insulation and cut down on the condensation.
