Sliding window removal

How difficult is it to remove sliding westy windows?? Do you have to remove the trim first? Anyone any experience? :roll:

Is is the normal style slider of the double-glazed unit? Either way it should just push out from the inside, the rubber will peel away from the frame and go with the window unit.
