I am going to use the 2.1 dizzy when i replace my 1.9 motor, i will be retaining the carb/lpg as well but the 2.1 dizzy has Two outlets on the advance/retard unit so which one do i need to use or can i use the unit from my 1.9 dizzy?

i am interested in what you are doing here. i understand from your post that you have used a 2.1 engine and 1.9 carb etc . am i right? you can use a bosch 009 dizzy to simplify things, but how are you going to get the jetting right in the carb? or are you runing efi? do you have a carb that you can change the jets on? if your fueling is wrong you can wreck your new engine,

Dual vac dizzy, just use the outer vac conection, leave the other open, or swap the vac units..
2.1 on DG carb works fine, jetting isnt affected that much as the carb is quite small in the first place...
A 009 is a poor alternative to the correct vac dizzy... but if you gont have a vac takeoff on thse carbs then you are a bit stuck.. dont time it at idle if you have to use the 009, it doesnt have a wide adjustment so needs to be timed abouve 3000 rpm.. IIRC 32 deg total.... but really it should be set up on a rolling road and it also depends on what 2.1 you are starting with..
Type 4 cams???? they dont fit in the wbx... and have the wrong profiles in any case, type 4 engine is a totally different beast to the wbx, which is close to a type 1...

You shouldnt need to, its only the vent for the back of the diaphragm and is just the same as the vented rear of the single vac unit.. if you seal the back side of the diaphragm thats limiting the movement...
Although I havent checked the full range of adjustment on a dual, but will do when back home (got at least 1 spare in a box somewhere..) check the max advance with vac... above 3000 rpm...
