westfalia wiring?

Post by amazingdave »

Hiya,

I'm fitting a complete westy interior (cooker, fridge, water tanks etc etc) into my syncro and am a tad baffled by the wiring loom... Anyone got a diagram or some handy info?

I rewired a Mk III spit from a Haynes manual and it was a piece of cake once you got your head around the key.

On that subject, is there a complete manual that covers these vans? I can't see one on the Haynes website but I've seen someone on Ebay claiming to have a PDF of the 'real' dealer's workshop manual. But I guess that wouldn't cover the 'camper' fitments.

If you find one, it would be good to have one on the wikki for all to use...

Try this - you find something helpful here. Although would be great if someone could translate it.........
