which paint on rust?!?

Ive got a few very little patches of rust on my panel van. I was thinking of sanding the area down to bare metal to remove the rust and then spraying the area with some paint (preferably Grey in colour) and then one day spraying it with the original 'slate blue' if I can get a spray can of it.
anyway, my questin is... Which is the best or recommend spray paint to spray on the bare metal once the rust has gone?!?!?!?

or should I not do anything??!?I live in Portsmouth if anyone fancys a look or doing it for me (Paid)!!

Rub it back, rust treat it, primer it, then paint it. Any paint mixer will be able to match the colour, and if you have the code they'll even be able to do it from that. Don't leave it primer as it's porous and will rust through......
