In between the [ img ] and [ / img ] you need to insert the address or url of a picture that's already on the internet......

An example being - http://www.club80-90.co.uk/forum/images ... prised.gif

You can get the url by 'right clicking' on the picture itself.....

.....but you'll need to upload it to somewhere like www.photobucket.com first!
