3 point rear seat belts

picking up an 87 caravelle ECM conversion tomorrow from some friends in sheffield area. First campervan we have owned so steep learning curve but our first priority is to upgrade the rear lap belts to 3-point. As the van is a conversion i doubt it will have anchor points already so i wondered if anyone could help with where and how to get it done + cost. we are sheffield based as well. thanks

If It's an 87 caravelle it should have the seat belt points.
I would think that the current lap belts are using the anchor points, although the points not being used are probably hidden by interior panels.
