engine up grade

i have a devon 1600cc t 3 camper and want to up grade the engine. I want something that will give me a bit more Reliability and power. any info will be great.

then you can upgrade to 2.0 litre...lots have done it and my pal richnewton has drop him a pm and I'm sure he will advise

I'd stick with the air cooled swap it's the simplest for the huge power boost.

fitting a water cooled system is not impossible. but very time consuming and possibly expensive.

I'd have the Aircooled 2L and then get it gassed...
