are door locks & handles sided?

As the title says, are door locks and handles sided?

The near side rear cab door handle and lock on my crew cab is knackered.

Hit a bump in the road and the door pops open! Not good.

The locking mechs and door handles look the same as the front pass & driver doors.

But are they sided?

Cheers. If ne one has a near side door lock, mech & black handle lying around I would be interested.

I've swapped the drivers and passenger barrels over

they are not handed for the exterior bits part number 251 837 205 £45+vat from VAG

the handles arnt sided but the locks are,its so you cant lock the drivers door without the key,cj.
