Can be done but you need machine stuff down to fit, not really diy stuff. But try Futbus or T3 tuning they can help but wont be cheap! Cheaper and good upgrade is different compound (racing) pads up front with aeroquip hoses (Brickwerx did have a deal on this) plus for a cooler look get new discs crossdrilled n repaint the calipers.
For rear end both Futbus and T3 tuning do a rear disc kit for around £5-600.
Have u got an engine that needs that much of an upgrade then? I always like better brakes me, wnt porsche big reds one day but new engine first...

Are these really available for T25 fonrt disc brakes and if so, won't they be dreadful until really hot i.e. unsuitable for general tooling around?
PS. One of the best upgrades you can do is refurb the T25 rears with new VW shoes and drums if required, and bedding them in and adjusting them up nicely.

They are available......and apparently they're tested by the seller as well.

And available for early vans as well.....wow!

Fast road brake pads made from a higher performance material than the usual off the shelf brake pads. These brake pads offer better braking over a greater range of temperatures so less chance of brake fade. Ideal for people with uprated engines or who carry heavy loads.
It said (racing) not fast road.... big difference!

Yes they will be bad until hot, my geniune S4 pads are like that but they're off of a 170+mph heavy car.
