Definitely worth it.
I used Noisekiller non-adhesive mats in a single piece on the cab floor, with the off-cut on the sloping forward edge of the engine bay (behind the R&R seat).
It is £80 for a 2 x 1 m sheet, but the difference to the noise levels in the cab at motorway speed is amazing - yu can even listen to the radio, or speak to the person next to you.
They also do a thinner self-adhesive mat which I am planning to use on the wheel arches and within the doors (only half-door needed to stop resonance) as part of my seat and door card repacement project.
They are based in Oldham, tel 0161 652 7080. They have a website but I cannot remember it- try Googling.
Good luck!

Ive used extensive amounts of the barrier mat in my van.
Over the wheel arches, entire cab floor, under seats, walls, doors, wall panels etc .
It has made an enormous difference to the vans noise levels, but it's not the cheapest.
