Which BMW model(s) has the booster compatible with the T25?

I heard the otteingers used merc servos but don't know what models there off.

Are you looking for a servo to replace an existing one? or are you looking to add a remote servo?
Back in the 80s I used to use BMW remote servos to upgrade brakes on cars that weren't fitted with servos. they were found on the 1602 & 2002 models.
