Elsan or Chemical Point?

What's the difference between an Elsan point and a Chemical disposal point?
Last campsite i went to seemed to have both - so where should i throw the contents of my porta-potty???

Elsan is the chemical you use in toilets to aid cleaning and break down of your "poo" so perhaps they have to dispose of toilet chemicals in a different way?

i believe that elsan is a brand of chemical, an elsan point is the same as a chemical disposal point!
