Westy INTERNAL gas tank

I think the gas might be going in the German tank I got with the van, so other than finding a UK tank that'll sit in the hole and then changing the adaptor for it, is there anything else that needs doing-ie changing jets on the hob/fridge, or will the UK gas type/pressure be ok?

You should be able to just change the gas bottle and regulator with no other changes to jets etc required.
