Is it just me or does the price of T25's seem to be creeping up?
Having watched vans on ebay, generally around and in the vw scene, its getting harder to find cheap vans.
At the top end of the scale, we've seen show winning paint on T25's now and Syncro 16's are fetching more money each time they come up on ebay. The most recent being a 14 Crewcab with 16 wheels in Germany which fetched £5373 and a Syncro 16 with poor advertisment and an engine needing a rebuild went for £1700.

assuming your not selecting certains vans for your own ends Mike, I am genuinely surprised at the prices of syncro's over there.
Think Russel is "cock" on, there ARE cheap vans over there but top vans will fetch top money (or however he said it)
The silver 16 doka, 55 bids 7800 euros, winning bidder appears to be german?

Hi ,
A syncro 16inch has always been expensive. 4 years ago they went for about the same money . They are not getting cheaper but will only become more worth. Especially in germany they pay high prices for good 16inches. Look at bernd Jeager ,his vans are not known as cheap but he sells most of his vans in Germany.

The prices vary a lot if you look on the German sites like mobile.de--but I suppose it depends on the amount of work they need--it suprises me how much dealers in Germany want for the ex army kombis & dokas--but I think there has always been a much bigger T3 'scene' in Germany than here--a rare vehicle in good nick will always be expensive---but as T3s become more popular there is sure to more of the junk the Germans dont want brought over here to be sold at high prices--if folk are daft enought to pay them--
Billy...Defected to white box but still lurking.
Yes, I can tell you syncro 16inch and LLE are selling at that price. No doubt about that. Its also the only 2 types who have there own dedicated club in germany. Both of these types were already a collecters item when they came out. Ask any german who is into T3 whats on his list and he will give you one of these 2 models.

Rest of the T3 should be still reasonable priced with a few exceptions (Altlantic, Tristar..ect)
