The two sections butt up on the roof cross member and then are self tapped.Where are you as i can pass them on to you if you can collect.

Section from cab to roof brace 1.350 mtrs x 1.285 mtrs. roof brace to rear 1.350 mtrs x 1.200 mtrs one metre down from 1.200 mtrs it is 1.350 mtrs across then it tapers down across to 1.225. I hope this may be clear to you. A tip when you screw up the board to get it to arc on to the roof.Use a small trolley jack with two pieces of timber one from the jack the other across the roof. This then enables you to control the hard board position one handed whilst screwing self tappers or riveting.

your a star! and so early  so to clarify

1st panel that is the one above main load area/sliding door is 1350mm wide and 1.285mm front to back(length)

2nd panel , above engine bay , is 1350mm wide and 1.200 front to back(length) at 1000m along its length it tapers to 1225mm wide.
(presumably this is due to tailgate hinges and the metal bracing etc that contains them + rear vents etc)

cheers :)

At 1000 mm it will start to taper to 1.225mm wide.Yes due to rear vents .Okay.
