Removing Westy fridge & using hob

Post by edmundator »

I'm taking out the fridge as its a huge weight to carry around if I never use it, and I'll gain another cupboard.

If I leave the stop-"cock" on the main pipe set to off, will I be safe to carry on using the hob, or should I do something with the end of the pipe that usually connects to the fridge?

Thanks, Ed

To be safe the open end of the pipe must be capped using a stop end or blank nut
You should be able to get one from a camper or caravan dealer.
Need to know pipe size , probably 1/4 inch.
