T25 Gearbox...What type is it?

Hello,im trying to identify a T25 gearbox that a friend has that he wants to sell.
Its a 5 speed that was temporarily fitted to his Syncro td while his gearbox was being repaired...The numbers on it are 3H2406 7...WWO 091301103D2.
Can anyone identify it from these numbers?
