rev counter question

im going to fit an after market rev counter,will i have to run a wire from the coil to rev counter or is there already a wire that runs up to the instrument pod that i can pick up from ?

I think it depends on when your van was made and what its original use was. (panel van, Caravelle, etc)

Wire should be red/ white stripe I think)

Fitted one myself a few moths ago (piccie of it in 'garage'^).

Two wires to your coil (+ and -)
One to an earth (body)
One to your side/head light switch.

Simple as that :wink:

i've only got one wire to my coil
and it works fine.

wire it to the right part of the
switch and illumination dimmer
should work too.
