diesel pump problems - help

hi all.
Having probs with my diesel pump. Got a second hand 1.6d for the t25 all good. got it in and running. Then found the diesel pump was leaking round the throttle arm mandrell . ive swapped it over for another that i had spare. filled the pump with diesel first, timing set using locking pin. got diesel in the clear pipe from the filter. turn it over and nothing. i have no diesel coming thru the pump??? i have changed the cut off solenoid for the one from the leaky pump and can hear it clicking when the feed wire is applied so that should be ok. when i open the connectors at the back of the pump ,,,,nothing , not even a dribble. Any1 got any ideas?? would really appreciate any help.

hiya. yes i changed the throttle arm. have tried opening it up. i filled the pump with diesel first and then opened the pipes off the back of the pump and have nothing coming out. that would be super cool if your local and wouldnt mind taking a look . a second pair of eyes is sometimes what it takes.and im starting to run out of ideas. my no is on the the post if you want give me a txt or bell, Ill fone u back.
