Post by "WEAZLECHIN" »

just had info come through from KEN adolf LIVINGSTON on the new "london low emmission zone) bollax. anyway it makes the beano look like a work of genious. didnt read it all as it was making me go all queezy. but basically if you run a diesel truck older the a 51 plate you cant go inside the m25?? after feb 08, then in july you cant go in with a 1.205t van?? then later on it mentions motorised caravans(campers) and light vans. and if you do, guess what-----£500 fine. not a mention of concessions for evironmentally freindly fuels?? am i living in some sort of communist dictatorship or what? they dont even care about the environment, my mate runs a large haulage company and they sent this info 30 times by post(its a booklet) once for each truck, now theres a rainforest in itself? thick b@s tards

Yep Ken (Lenin) Livinstone is definately interested in grabbing money and nothing else. In fact I'm gonna advise my fiance to only look at petrol horseboxes (communist Ken has included those as well) coz of Red Ken's agenda.

Fortunately for me my camper is a petrol one, but that's no comfort for thousands if not millions who live inside the m25.

I'm going to answer that...

ER, perhaps not, wouldn't be very non-political or particulary PC...

But just perhaps we really do need a large house building programme...

.. but not here
We could easily sponsor one in a lot of other countries, starting with the ones with steadlily decreasing populations

Boosting THEIR economies might solve the 'UNMENTIONABLE' problem here Money well spent :?: :)

Very well put, I didn't even think of that one and the goverment and Ken Leninstone have certainally done a good job of that.

And yep hypocrosy strikes when it comes to plans of building housing on flood plains and then try to claim that it's "climat£ chang£" (notice the deliberate £ signs) to try and justify variable (toll tax) road pricing.

If it had anything to do with the environment, they might have considered how much energy is required to produce all the new trucks that people will need to keep on buying.

This all sounds a bit dumb to me.

The way things are going the only housing boom that will be required will be in New Zealand.

There were vineyards near here in Roman times, there has been near here since the war, there are many now, we have no problems growing vines now: none of which adds up to a lot.

It's not how hot it is, or how cold, how windy or how calm, but what's causing climate change and how fast the onset is - as well as how stable the process is (natural corrective tendencies)...

that is causing concern.
