) first off all go to ya local independant land rover shop and buy a set of these

they are 10" x 6" land rover mirrors sold for the 101 or an upgrade for series to replace the smaller standard ones.you can buy em cheap enough from

the back of the mirrors have the clamp to go on an arm BUT it is too small by a couple of mm, easy-peasy ........
pair of these from fleabay / local fastener place / vehicle wiring products (page 10) called 'P clips' for the dull - 16mm should be just the ticket

there you have it , pair of big a*** mirrors that not only fit/do job/cheap but also dont fit pissed like LT ones on a T3 as they have a ball joint on back!
