jumping out of gear

Hi guys can anyone shed light on a problem im having,

what i think is happening is that when in third gear the movement of the engine when i lift off the gas is shunting the gear lever rod enough to knock it out of gear, im sure its not a gearbox fault , perhaps some tired gearbox or engine mounts or worn linkage. Anyone had this problem and can point me in the right direction?

1989 T25 1.6TD 5 speed now running a 1.9 non turbo diesel
