Vactan?

Post by Cruz »

See it mentioned a lot but never any mentions on where to get it. Is it available retail over the counter?

Planning on roller painting the van using Rustoleum and want to treat the rusty bits first.

5lt= £37

Perhaps we should go for a club(disount??) bulk purchase I`m sure theres a few who could find a use for it...(me included)

I think a little go`s a long way but the small quantities are more expensive :cry:

I got mine from here - good reliable service - works great too -

http://stores.ebay.co.uk/All-Your-Chemical-Needs

Also i got my paint from here - they seem to stock all rustoleum colours and give free delivery over £20 i think - also - if you let me recommend you as a customer they will give me £20 off my next order - this could be an ongoing thing amongst club members each benefitting the next... :D

Let me know anyone who wants recommending - cheers folks

Someone from 80/90 admin might like to have a chat with them. I did a good writeup on 80/90 about Vactan months ago and they did offer a discount in return. I wouldn't use ANYTHING else on a t25 since its been tested on army tanks and stops rust dead!

The 'paint your wagon with a roller' in the WIKI covers it too.

I topped up my order to over £25 to get the free delivery by getting a couple of rolls of masking tape - they sell a great range of stuff - :P
