1.6td injectors/turbo

where can i get my injectors refurbed ?? and also the turbo, as its started passing a wee drop of oil on to the exhaust, more to the point what model of turbo is on it as i can see kkk but no other reference numbers, any one got a good second hand one???

I did find a place on the net selling new turbos cheaper than anyone else, about £300 delivered, i can't remember their name. If its only a slight leak and still performs ok without to much smoke leave it untill it breaks.

The non gtd 1.6 injecotrs are dirt cheap complete, i paid about £45 for a set, geniune bosch from local bosch agent.

shes not smoking at all just a misting on the exhaust downpipe,the injectors are in need of replacing i think ,just put them on an aaz and one is making a "ticking" noise they are rated at 115, tried 130s in it and it ran sluggish until 2500rpm, runs well with jx 115s in just an intermittent ticking noise every now and again which never occured with the 1.9 130s in (just ran "pooh") what are the gtds like.. worth putting in??

Set the breaking pressure to the engine.

There are some that say the JX injectors are very similar if not the same as the GTD ones, Im not convinced but if your on a standard engine just swapping injectors isn't really going to do much for you.
