Electronic Idle control switch????

Post by BaaaadSlider »

As title says is there such a thing?
Our vans gone into the garage for a check up ready for our trip to France and one of the problems is it has been stalling on most occasions when ya slow down to junctions etc, he has had a look and thinks that the Electronic idle control switch is missing, he says it something to do with the ignition?????
Now i know nothing as i'm female, blonde etc so he is right in what he is saying or is it a load of poo?
Many thanks for any help you guys can offer. :D
