velle steering wheel..the horn wont werk

on the scooby3, its got a velle steering wheel and the horn wont werk, i've tried bending the ring pickups out to meet or is it something more to it

is the wiring on under the horn push ?
is the fuse ok
does the horn work ?

see you sould have sold it to me ..

we had this...the ring o brass on the wheel was fooked...

Theres also a wire conected further down the steering column ( think its earth ) ours was bust, always worth a look.
