My '86 panel van has had a window fitted in the panel opposite the sliding door which is all well and good.
The problem is that I am in the process of trimming it out inside and noticed that the interior box section panel that should surround the window and give it a recessed look is missing! It seems strange and makes life awkward when it comes to putting in that trim panel as I am left with a massive void where the interior box section should be.
Is this how the panel van was manufactured or have they missed it off in the Friday afternoon rush?
Thanks
Ash

Try Syncro-nutz in Shotts. When they did some work on my van on late '05 the one that used to be in my van was surplus and I gave it to them, they may still have it. They'll need paying for their trouble and postage of course, as they have families to feed.
