Hello all, has anyone put one of these in??
Seemed straight forward until I really had a look at it this morning...
Masses of "extra" wires and the IP looks pretty different too... (different LDA...)
Biggest concern is how/where to connect the water cooling for the turbo... (and will it even fit straight on to the old manifold...)
Any advice??

I have never done an SB the turbo will fit the manifold but i am fairly sure the wastgate actuator will foul so will need mods. The water pipes can be disconnected from the turbo, it will run fine without them. The pump will foul engine cover unless its a single or double cab, there is various ways of fixing that. The only extra wiring i can think of on an SB is for temp switch near ex manifold. Its a simple set up.

Thanks, When you say mods on the wastegate actuator, do you mean reindexing or serious mods? I took the WGAct off anyway to get the exh. manifold off leaving the turbo attached and noticed that it's had a bit of a whack on the side of the flange? How do I test it? just pump it up and see if it holds?
I'll try to keep the watercooling if possible. Any ideas on the function of the temp switch on the turbo? Is it connected to the aux.water pump for cut off cooling? I've got a cooling fan for the turbo behind the rearlight anyway, I guess I could connect it all to the same circuit if it is for aftercooling control...
Could maybe try a raised engine cover rather than a lump... If I put the old LDA on this pump do you think it effect performance in any way??
OK, I'll get the injectors tested, are these the right ID and part codes?

So the pump and all is like normal, no "extra bits" compared to the old pump off the JX...
Thanks again for your help...

Thats the general idea, though may not hold, but as it comes back down through the boost limit pressure ashould see it close, or start to. I don't think they all hold pressure, think they bleed a bit out, or KKK ones seem to... but its being applied all the time compressor is boosting so thats maybe a means of stabilising it (so its not shuttling!) i.e. so you want a foot-pump with a press. gauge and a bit of suitable stepped tube to connect up with.
I'd say the watercooling wants to be connected as you are figuring, on the same circuit as the original fan cooling, so that it comes on when as an aftercooler during hot-shutdowns.
