Hi All

Wondering what the relays on top of the fuse-box are for (where its says 24).

Haynes doesn't mention them.

Ah......

24 is the electric window relay!

Could this make the windows run slowly? (please see other post 'Wheres the earth' )

Back of my fusebox is a bit green and furry in places (I really must fix that leaky windscreen...) and I have to clean things up every now and then to make things work, or stop wires from melting. I'd guess a relay might suffer that way too.

Pull it out, and see what state the connectors are in. Bright and shiny is what you need. Don't forget there are probably 'connectors for the connectors' on the back of the relay board.
