1990 T25 Hazard Switch faulty

Post by Deltaboy78 »

Hi all.

I have a 1990 T25 and my Hazard Switch is faulty, I purchased a new one https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B006DHQKXU? ... in_title_1
Which is the same one that Just Kampers sell  https://www.justkampers.com/161953235b- ... -1983.html
buttttt its for 79-83 vans, mine is a 1990, and there is almost none out there to buy and that other one doesn't fit at all, even with some alteration.

Any one have any ideas, there is one on ebay but don't want to buy an old one only for it to break...

they are a very simple switch, easy to take a part and repair usually, electrically not much to it, one resistor
I may have a spare one spare - which version are you after 171 953 235 or 171 953 235 A ?

The part number that you need is 171953235A.
This is the one option I find: https://www.lllparts.co.uk/product/1719 ... ght-switch

1990 ex. German Army Syncro, 3 knob, AFN, M469 fully converted to 16". Camper conversion by URO CAMPER in Seville.

Hey Aiden, Yea I've had a good look at it and even used the springs from the newer one to service it and its still dead.

I believe the one I need is 171953235a, the one with the cutout sides rather than the rectangle box,  if you've got one shout me pls.
