North Yorkshire garage / howling sound

Hi all,

Does anyone have a VW garage recommendation for North Yorkshire please? Ideally Wetherby-Thirsk-Ripon area.
We travelled up yesterday and the van started making a horrible howling soun at speeds of 30mph and above. It could be coming from the front, but not sure. Slight play in wheel bearings but nothing excessive. I'd appreciate any pointers because in my 20 years with this van I've heard nothing like it.
