Inner Sil / rear jacking point.

Post by J1982 »

I'm looking for some advice on repairing the inner sill and rear jacking point on my 1982 T25. I’ve done a bit of welding and panel replacement before, but this is the most structural area I’ve tackled so far. I’d really appreciate any tips, photos, or guidance from anyone who's done this job.

What’s the best sequence for tackling this? I'm assuming the rear trailing arm is going to have to come off first.

Any common pitfalls to watch out for in this area?

Thanks in advance!
