Replacing the coolant pipe on T25. The old one seems to be jammed above the fuel tank. I am reluctant to take the fuel tank down but may lower it a bit to try to get a look what's going on.
Failing that is there any reason I can't leave the pipe in and run the new pipe over the top of the other side of the fuel tank. Obviviosly would need to get some longer l hose at either end but right now it seems quite temping.
Is it possible just to hinge down the fuel tank a little to see what's going on. So I don't need to disconnect any hoses to it? At the moment I have no ramps etc. Just crawling under the van
Many thanks.
Chris

Re: T25 coolant pipe replacement.
Well done.
Lowering the tank by just an inch will help with install. Anymore and you may dislodge the venting pipes.
But while there consider exchanging the heater pipes, too. 4 metres required l think. 5/8 internal bore.

Re: T25 coolant pipe replacement.
Thanks, but been long enough under the van, think I will leave them for now.
