SP/SR engine code?

I've seen these wbx engine codes in ETKA parts listings alongside DG/DJ/MV and "CH" aka SS (but the Germans were still very uncomfortable about that terminology in their data)
I have no idea of the actual spec, just curious tbh. I had a feeling that the SP was a 2.1 carb engine for certain markets but could be wrong.
Anyone know for certain?

SP is a 1.9 carb engine, using specific version of the 2E3 carb, available manual and auto for Swiss market, 73hp with the CAT in J pipe
SR is a slightly downtuned 2.1 MV with EFI for same market, I think the extra cat (J pipe) accounts for the 8hp loss as it runs same ECU as MV but doesn't have the extra emissions stuff on the throttle body of the SS version
they only built a couple of thousand SPs and just over 10000 SRs
Less than 10000 SS which started same time as they stopped making SPs
