Hello.
Can anyone please confirm if the front gear linkage as shown in the photo is level/ parallel to the ground.
The reason I ask is because my linkage was fouling against the water coolant pipes in the fuel tank area - so not easy to spot.
This was making selection of 1st / reverse gears difficult so I heated the linkage and flattened the gear selection tube where I could see it was contacting the pipes.
This may have altered the angle of the gear selector tube - but I’m not sure.
Alternatively, if someone has a front gear selection linkage for sale, please let me know?
SORRY I AM STRUGGLING TO ATTACH THE PHOTO. Any ideas how to do so would be greatly appreciated.
