Clutch/Brake Fluid Leak

Post by NathanW »

Hi Guys,

I’m after a bit of help finding where this fluid leak is coming from.

I lost use in my clutch yesterday so checked the fluid reservoir and it had drained level with the clutch fluid pipe on the right hand side indicating that this was a leak within the clutch system rather than the brakes(?)

I checked the master cylinder in the footwell and that was dry, also no leak from the slave. I noticed there there was some fluid on the ground by the front left tyre that was dripping down from the channel on the arm,
also some fluid on the corner of the fuel tank. Any idea where the leak could be? Thanks in advance.

The clutch pipe runs over the top of the fuel tank , its not unusual for the pipe to rot up there , and brickwerks have the parts needed to sort it
