Is 10 tonne enough?

Big lumps of metals and spanners. Including servicing and fluids.

Is 10 tonne enough?

Post by scotttie »

Looking to get a hydraulic press for the garage. I initially want it for wheel bearings but would like it to be capable of other jobs like bushings etc.

Can I get away with a 10 tonne hydraulic press? Once you go above 10 tonne they seem to all get significantly more expensive.

Cheers,
Scott

10 is ok for most things but usually operating close to max regularly , 20 is better
