Coolant pipes for 1983 petrol

Can anyone make a recommendation for a coolant pipe kit for a 1983 petrol?

Engine bay or front to rear metal?
I bought my front to rear from Just Kampers.
Brickwerks/ JK and Heritage do a bundle kit of the (rubber)engine bay one’s.

I was looking to replace all, my local garage has recommended I do so as the metal pipe are corroded and the remaining ones aren't much better.

Best dig deep then, Brickwerks as already suggested.

They do standard rubber as well as silicon versions of some so the choice is yours, the early systems have 4 big fat ones going around the engine bay with a connector/bleed valve thing joining them so replace that as well if you can.

I'm in the process of doing the same, only swapping mine from an early setup to a late setup.

You can use the left and right arrows either side of the schematic to scroll through the various engines and years.

Hover over the little bus icon next to a pipe and it will bring up a pop up window with the OEM part number and a description of the hose (or the size of the hose clip.) If you look at the actual listed products it also has the metal pipes and their OEM numbers, but you'll have to find these one by one for your specific engine. I've found that they are cheaper than a lot of others for the hoses too.

Google the OEM part number and you might find even cheaper than the VW or T25 specialists. For example, I found that www.123spareparts.co.uk has consistently lower prices for the hoses than many other sites, though I can't comment as to quality and I'm not sure how much postage is.
