Heat distribution box (Aircooled)
Anyone shed any light on best way to get the heat box out of an Aircooled looking at it I feel like I could get it out from behind the dash without removing dash if I new how it was secured - are there clips or screws behind the front grill that you can get to

Re: Heat distribution box (Aircooled)
I haven't done this job myself, but have looked at it in the past. I suspect removing the dash will be less hassle that trying to extract the box from behind it. Also would give great access to other fixes that may need attention behind there.
