Hi all, hope you can help me with answering this.
I have a 1983 T25 with a broken 1.9DG engine (needs head gaskets doing). I also have a 2006 Seat Leon 2.0FSI which I'm about to scrap. engine is great (150bhp, recent top-end rebuild) but bodywork is terrible.
Question is, is there any way this engine can work in our bus? Also for what it's worth, we have auto gearbox and factory hydraulic PAS, bot of which we'd like to keep.
Thanks in advance
Tim

have a look at Kennedy in the states, if they make a conversion kit/adapter set up for the autobox and your engine then it is possible, they are likely to be the only place that would do it for the auto, pas is fairly simple to make work, does the car have hydraulic pas or electric ?

Take a look at axemen's thread where he did a so-called "Gen V" auto conversion to my old silver bus using Smallcar/FAS parts. Not cheap, but its the only source for auto conversion stuff.
