Tiny pin in distributor / hall sender

Anyone know where I can get a replacement pin that shot out when dismantling and can’t be found

It was a solid small one and the replacement hall sender has a hollow split pin. It not sure if it’s the right replacement and don’t want to jam it in in case not.

VW stopped supplying them in 2009, part number 035 905 319. But you can use the roll pin, it is only to hold the window vane in place.
