What size router bit??

What size router bit??
Have finally started building my new cabinets, replicating my old stuff. I need to router in a groove for the black plastic door trim but the two bits I have are either too big or too small. Does anyone know the correct sized bit? Cheers

Am I missing something - Can't you just measure it?
or do two runs with the undersized cutter to create the correct slot (PITA this way but doable)
