please anyone know a sprayer kent way

please please please just got a quote for three and a half grand from birchington autos in broadstairs,ok sure there is a few rusty bits.Having said this before i got to say again,we got specialist curtain makers ,lpg gas fitting experts,wiring gurus and style cult heros.
I would travel miles to a high regarded sprayer if that regard was the nod of approval from club 80 90 members.
if anyone knows one please let me know,thanks a million
