devon rear seats

Hi
I have just been offered some Devon rear seats for £80,
They dont fold out like a rock and roll but fold on top of each other like estate cars do.
Do you guys think the price is ok and would it male a reasonable bed?
Can' afford a rnr bed at the mo and need something for Vanwest...know it's a while off but need to do something

Depends on condition but have seen seats at shows for way more than that.
