Rounded heads westfalia Pop top

Lads,

Any idea of how to take these off they are completely rotten. Have new bolts there but dont want to round the head of one taking it out ?

Went the extreme route headliner off timber off got access to bolts underneath and guess what holidays are cancelled [LOUDLY CRYING FACE]

do you know what you are going to do to fix it? i may have a good front roof cut available soon

I dont know what to do next.

With all this time off I have had a lot more time to get to jobs that need to be done replace seals etc. I knew I had some rust around windscreen but didnt think it was this catastrophic.

Now I'm in the predicament of whether to get the other bits welded up and sprayed which could turn into a full respray. I'm still on it original paint so it's well over due a bit of love shes turning 40 in a few months.

I know myself from past project that once I start I obsess and then I'm left with a completed restoration that I'm terrified to take out of the garage.
