Seat belt fastener, plastic rivet thingy

anybody know where I can get one of these to stop the fastener ( or what ever its called) dropping down?

But it is only a plastic rivet, I couldn't find the thingy part.

I did see some somewhere else just the other day when I was looking for belt buckles for dog harnesses but can't remember where, penalties of being of unsound mind.

Rivet ordered and fitted. No more fumbling around looking for the fastener which I think maybe called a buckle.
