Hi,
Anyone any idea why our 2 ring + grille flares every so often.
Does not last long. The flame(s) on the gas ring flare up every so often.
Only lasts a couple seconds.

replace the regulator, my westy does it cause is usually crud from the tank getting into the reg.
1981 Vanagon Westy Burning oil as fuel...

Hi,
I did think it could only be the regulator but I only fitted a new tank, regulator etc just over 12 months ago.
I suppose new ones can be faulty.

The bottle hasn't tipped over has it? (assuming that you have a bottle not a tank).
