Nothing major but I can't just leave this, if I did I would probably forget and have a rusty hole next year or the year after.
This is my normal quick rust treatment, it's not perfect but it's 80% in 20% of the time and it works to slow down rust.
Diamond cutting disc in a dremel and take most of the rust off, this is accurate and does not spoil paint around like wet and dry or a wire brush.

P1100753 by Paul_Barr, on Flickrprimer brushed on with a fine brush
P1100755 by Paul_Barr, on Flickrother side not so bad
P1100754 by Paul_Barr, on Flickrrattle can sprayed into lid and then with a fine brush paint a few coats

All in about 3 hours, as said not perfect but slowed it down massively and anybody can do this to slow their rust down.
I have even done rust like this in mid winter outdoors, as long as it's not raining it's possible and better than leaving it.
