Windows for panel van conversions - where from?

Post by garyd »

Hi,
not sure which section to put this under so have opted for this one since I have a question wanting answers.

I am looking to put windows into my syncro panel van. I want 'half-sliders' in the sliding door and the opposite panel. Any suggestions of a good place to get them, please? I thought about Caravelle windows but I don't think these fit into the panel van because the body panels are different inside. Any info on that please? Would it be possible to cut in a Caravelle panel complete with window do you think (and change the sliding door to match)?

Seventeen years ago when I last did this I was also able to get fibre-glass trim panel surrounds to tidy up the inside of the fitment. These covered the top half of the door/panel and could be covered in trim carpet to match everything else.

Any leads please?
thanks
Garyd
